He is a graduate of Prague School of Economics where he majored in Foreign Trade. He has worked in different companies in the export and maritime trade industries (from 1991 to 1993 in the United Kingdom) and in a variety of management positions in the Czech Republic in the period from 1993 to 1997 (Benckiser, Merloni and Philips). Since 1998 he has worked in the area of consulting and advisory services. As a consultant, he has attended numerous vocational training courses both at home and abroad.
He recruits talented executives in senior and middle management for various business and manufacturing companies with the help of a small and talented team.
